External Exams and Stress

Most students heading into external exams will find it challenging but ok. Think of it as “here is my opportunity to show them how much I know”. 

However some students get brain freeze when they get into the exam room and cortisol and anxiety get in the way. 

Getting into the right mental and emotional state first is worth taking time to do.
