Terms and Conditions of Sale
General
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases from this website. By purchasing from our website you are deemed to have accepted these terms of sale which are binding.
Any variation to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms of sale on the website.
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST.
Availability: We will attempt to contact you if a product you have ordered is not in stock at the time your order is processed.
St Thomas of Canterbury School sells products in good faith and stands by its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
St Thomas of Canterbury School has made every effort to ensure the content of this website is current, accurate, and complete. We will correct any error or inaccuracy that is brought to our attention.
All disposable and washable incontinence pads, pull-ons, nappies and briefs have a size and an absorbency level. Please be careful with your choice of product and size and choose a product that best fits these requirements. (We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you choose incorrectly.)
Returns and Refunds
Please choose products carefully as we will not refund goods if you change your mind, or if the item you purchased is no longer required.
If you find that there is a problem with any product you have purchased from us, please contact us immediately.
The return of faulty or incorrect goods must be made within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to request that the original goods be returned to us before we send replacements.
No open packets of any disposable product will be accepted for return.
Proof of purchase (ie copy of receipt) must be included with any product being returned.
In the event that a refund becomes necessary we will contact the customer to obtain the necessary details. We regret that we are currently unable to refund directly back to a customer’s credit card. Any refund owing will be paid into a customer’s nominated bank account.
Backorders
If a product is temporarily unavailable it will be placed on back order and you will be notified. If an item on backorder cannot be sourced in 10 days from date of purchase we will refund you for that item.
Your Privacy
We collect and hold personal information from you when you fill out the forms in our website shop.
We and our service providers will not otherwise use that information, for example, your personal information will not be provided to others for purposes such as selling customer lists (unless required to do so by law)).
If you haven’t correctly provided your information to us we may not be able to deliver the goods and services to you properly, or provide you with a refund if we’ve decided to refund any money to you. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you supply us with incorrect information.
Under the Privacy Act 1993 you have rights to access and correct the personal information you provide to us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by placing an amended version of the policy on this website. Please check the website regularly for changes to this policy. Once the Privacy Policy is changed your ongoing use of this website indicates your acceptance of the changes.
